Three etudes for guitar by Fernando Sor form the basis of the three-movement piece, which focuses exclusively on developing the original material. A new music emerges from a process of engaging with and departing from Fernando Sor. The guitar orchestra is composed of 16 musicians, who besides a division into four choirs, are also separated into duos and solos.
